One of my specialty cocktails at Full Moon featuring London dry gin, house lavender syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling brut

• 1.5 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin

• 1/2 oz House Lavender Syrup (Semi rich - 1.5 to 1 ratio)

• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

• Topped with Sparkling Brut

Garnished with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass
