An autumnal inspired stirred cocktail featuring Lairds Applejack bottled in bond, Port Askaig 9 year aged Islay scotch, Woodford Reserve barrel aged chocolate bitters, Angostura aromatic bitters, L’Orgeat almond liqueur, and St. Elizabeth allspice dram.

Recipe:
2 Oz Lairds Bottled in Bond
1/4 Oz L’Oregeat Almond Liqueur
1/4 Oz St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
Wash of Smoky Islay Scotch
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Chocolate bitters
